Application Process

• Familiarize yourself with our website information.

• If you have questions message, email or give us a call.

• Complete the Application on line and "Submit".

• Go to "courses" choose NATP and go to calendar and choose your start date ( start of class will usually be every other Monday, there will be a RED circle around the start date). start time is 8:30am.

• Click Book button to RESERVE your seat in class and make down 

               payment fee of $150, (Fee goes towards total amount due).

• A Representative from Sokol HealthCare Training will contact you via phone or text.  If phone is not available be sure to let us know and provide an email.  

• On your first day you will meet the instructors, classmates, and receive  all the information needed to succeed in our program.  We will assist you with your uniform choice, back ground check, TB skin test, and any other requirements needed for our clinical rotation.

• Call us any time with questions/concerns. Make an appointment to tour our facility any time.
